I was having trouble deciding if I wanted to post stuff that has happened or was said in the past...there's just too much to do that, so I will try and stick to the here and now. However, I would like to share some of my favorite pictures of Peanut, etc...so enjoy! This first photo is Peanut dressed in her FSU gear (Go Noles!). She is really getting into the whole drss up thing. Barkley is there in the background. he looks pretty wiped out. That stuffed dog goes with her everywhere. Look for him in almost every picture she takes, too. He's very photogenic! Second photo...Peanut at Central Market hugging all the other Barkleys that were for sale. Her Barkley is on the right. We took home the baby Barkley that day....and shhhhh...don't tell....she's getting a great huge Barkley for Chanukah that I just ordered. We will have a family of Barkleys. NOTE: I am still learning to navigate all this stuff on the blog, so what showed up as the first photo was actually supposed to be the second...oh well, you get the picture! :)

Peanut Philosophy
I was putting Peanut in the car today and out of the blue she said "Ms. Ashley is not at school anymore" Ms Ashley is a teacher at the day care she attends. So I asked her if she had a chance to say good-bye and she said no. Then I suggested that she make a "good-bye" card for her and she replied "No, we should make her a 'stay' card"....how sweet is that? So I told her teacher what she said and her teacher told me that Ms. Ashey hasn't been at the school for almost a year! I didn't know this b/c she used to work in the infant room, so I didn't see her often. Isn't it great how kids lose track of time? Just love it!

The first one
I'm starting this post to connect with friends and family who are so very far away...and some that are around the corner, but our busy lives keep us from sharing as much as we'd like. Check back soon for pictures, etc.
